The Supreme Court has told the Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, that it had yet to constitute the panel that would hear the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar Atiku. Atiku and the PDP are challenging the earlier ruling by the Presidential Election Tribunal, which went in favour of the All Progressives Congress, APC and its presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari. The apex court said the public would be notified when the panel was constituted The court stated in a statement on Monday by its Director, Press and Information, Dr. Festus Akande.
