Former Nigeria Captain Joins French Club Dijon FCO

French Division 1 Féminine side Dijon FCO have strengthened their ranks by signing former Nigeria captain Desire Oparanozie,  informs the official website . The Super Falcon is joining Dijon FCO as a free agent and has inked a two-year contract that will keep her at the club until the end of the 2021-2022 season. ANKARA   President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday launched a $2.6 billion gas pipeline project that will further enhance the country's energy security, local media reported. In a virtual meeting, Buhari said the project will provide gas and also facilitate the revival of moribund industries in the West African country. "Today marks an important chapter in the history of our great nation. It marks the day when our domestic natural gas pipeline networks from Obiafu in Rivers State, Escravos in Delta State and Lekki in Lagos State, are being connected through Kaduna to Kano states thereby further enhancing national energy security,” the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) quoted Buhari as saying. Boko Haram: Fate of 5 aid workers uncertain as NGO drags foot on ransom

Five NGO workers captured by the Khalifa Soldiers, part of the Islamic State of West African province, ISWAP group may be killed as others before them, following the policy of non-negotiation for ransom policy by international organisations. The NGO workers who have been speaking to their offices on videos made available to newsmen said they have been in the custody of the Khalifa Soldiers for close to one month but there has not been any indication from their organisations that they will be rescued.
